This is the post regarding my short getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's been 2 years since four of us travelled together!
We made our reservation through Booking.com. Full payment was required for booking. We stayed in family villa with two spacious bedrooms. Even though it's stated in the website that the maximum number of guests were four, from what we observed during the trip, there was no restriction on the number, we even saw a group of 20 staying in one villa!
Address: Sepang Goldcoast, No. 67 Jalan Pantai Bagan Lalang, Kg. Bagan Lalang, Sepang, 43950 Malaysia.
Villa Types: Family Villa (around RM1200/night)
Top 10 things to do:
1. Witness the sunset.
Get your camera ready for the breathtaking sunset! Absolutely love the colours of the sky.
2. Steamboat dinner.
Unless you are willing to drive miles for food, you will only have 3 options: (a) to starve (b) to spend in the hotel restaurant (3) cook yourself but unfortunately the villa does not have a kitchen. And thus steamboat is definitely the best you can do!
3. Watch a life band performance.
The performance is meant for the restaurant guests, but fret not, you can always hang around the area. We were lying down on loungers beside the swimming pool while enjoying the performance. Such a relaxing environment!
4. Cards and alcohol.
They always come together, hehe. There's a small balcony with a table, a perfect place to have some card games while enjoying the cool breeze at night.
5. Pillow talks.
What's better thing to do when the girls gather together other than talking?
6. Hearty homemade breakfast.
What you need is just a sandwich toaster. Besides toasting your sandwiches, you can also grill your bacons and hams on it. Make yourself a cup of coffee or tea, and yay, the breakfast is ready. As easy as ABC!
7. Get splashed at the infinity pool.
The pool is not particularly big and can be rather crowded but it offers amazing view.
8. Explore the beach.
We went in the afternoon and the weather was burning hot, perhaps should have visited the beach in the morning instead. We walked a long way to reach the sea @@ It took us nearly 20 minutes due to low tide. But we really had fun taking photos along the way and I love playing with the waves ~
9. Lunch at Sungai Pelek.
A small town nearby that offers a wide options of restaurants. We had our lunch at E.P. Hoon Restaurant, as recommended by some online bloggers. Maybe we didn't manage to order the signature dishes, we found the food was ordinary, too salty for my liking. I think the steamed fish was fresh and delicious though.

10. Visit Mitsui Outlet Park
Actually it is not located very near to the resort, but you can stop by during your way back home. It is actually very near to KLIA. It offers a myriad of upper-middle to high-end off seasoned brands and products at attractive discounts, according to the official website.
Address: Persiaran Komersial, 64000 KLIA, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
Opening Hours: 10am to 10pm
Lastly, happy birthday to our girl! Hope you like the surprise we prepared! Looking forward to more trips like this in the near future!
