My ultimate blogshop review 2019

Wanted to write this post since long time ago but I have been procrastinating. I am an avid online shopper, reasons being the I don't like crowded shopping malls, staffs pressuring you to make a purchase (though this is quite rare nowadays) or simply because deals are just better online. Obviously, the downside is you don't get to try the clothes on and occasionally, you will receive very bad quality items or items that just don't suit you in terms of sizing, designs or colours.

Today, I am going to summarise my shopping experience with multiple local blogshops based in Singapore. While I don't have a good review for certain online shops, that's could be me being unlucky and appreciate everyone to respect my opinions.

My favourite blogshops

And Well Dressed (AWD)
Well and truly lives up to its name - the clothes from AWD are chic and make you well-dressed. The price range is between $30 to $45 per piece. I think I have bought close to 20 pieces of their items over the past 2 years (I acknowledge this is crazy).

It will be more worthwhile to wait for their sales as the % discount can go as high as 40% (used to be 50% but no more) when you buy 5 or more pieces. It's a good time to gather your sisters and best friends to spend together. As a general tip, load your cart before the sales as the fastest fingers get the best deal (i.e. stocks run out very fast). If you don't mind queuing, AWD warehouse sales offer even greater values, with unit prices range between $10 to $25. We waited for 2 hours before our turn but it's definitely worth it.

Their designs are unique and you can't really find the exact designs anywhere else. Recently, the brand underlaunched their first studio collection that comes with higher price tag. I suspect they might have changed their business position. Let's wait and see!

Neonmello
My go-to shop when I look for trendy work dresses. In fact, there is a wide range of styles. It's a good choice for people who are looking for dreamy bridesmaid dresses as well.

MFW
I like their chic and youthful designs that are more suitable for casual occasions. However, as compared to the two shops mentioned earlier, the quality is not as fantastic (but still reasonable). MFW is for young ladies who value design over quality.

My all-time favourite even after 3 years.

Latest purchase from MFW.

My "No More" Shop

Good things aside, I just want to briefly mention an online shop that I don't really recommend - LBR Label, simply because the quality cannot make it. I bought a few pieces before and most of them fell apart after wearing 2 or 3 times, including the yellow dress in the photo below. I really love their designs but I wouldn't spend so much money buying something that cannot last long.

Okay, bye everyone. Time to sit back and shop! :)
